Culp 2015 application

I saw somewhere (may have been on this board) that the Culp application process opened Sept 15th, however, the link to the application still has last year's information. Any idea when the new application will be available? Thanks in advance!

Your son should contact the HR person in his battalion regarding the application.

The FY 15 CULP instructions were just issued by CC on September 16, 2014.
