Your math ACT is low, as you know. Take the ACT again, and take the SAT. Get a prep book and work the problems. People sometimes do significantly better on one or the other, and 2) USAFA superscores - that is, they take your highest sub-scores, even from multiple test events.
Also, not to flail a dead horse: even if you major in a humanity (history, English, etc.) you will take a lot of math. You might consider taking a math course through CCAF - pre-calculus or, if you're qualified, even calc 1. Demonstrating you can succeed at the kind of coursework you'll be expected to succeed in at USAFA will be an additional piece of persuasive evidence.
