I've been to MEPS before and know what that all entails. Applying to USMA and for ROTC scholarships and if all goes well I'll hopefully be sent off to DoDMERB. I was wondering if anyone has been to both before, if they could describe differences, similarities, etc. Also what to expect and is it pretty much the same as MEPS as far as what they look for? And most importantly, will they acquire my paperwork from MEPS or will it all be like a fresh start and they won't have those records?
