Email from Admissions Team?

It appears this notification by email or phone, is the exception rather than the rule. So far anyway.

Then of course one wonders, does this mean the delay is only going to affect those contacted? Or were these candidates contacted for other reasons?

I would think if it was a delay across the board, the notification would have been a mass communication.

All speculation of course....either way, we wait. Bummer. Good luck everyone.

I had my deadline in January and I am freaking out, I can’t imagine you.

Mine was on 10/18/2020 so I can almost understand how you feel. The patience is a real character developer 😎

It's a rolling deadline, so the "option" is for people who started their application well after you did. If you have not already, make sure you contact your team to ensure your application is complete if you haven't heard anything since August. Best of luck, keep up the patience!

Yea no, I asked before, everything is in, SAT, interview, transcript, recommendations etc. I got my DoDMerb done early with no complications, so that was cool. I also recieved 3 nominations.. But the waiting is really tough :////

Would It almost be wise to not start everything till later so you have more time to get it in??

I believe everyone has about the same amount of time to get it done. Not quite sure how the rolling deadline works, but I assume it's like X months after you begin it is your deadline. Again, just guessing at that. Keep up the good work, and well done on the 3 noms!

4 months from initial candidate status...so if July 1 you have til Nov 1
