He'll be completing such a plan each semester while in college and reviewing it with the cadre. That's the perfect time to have the conversation.Ahhh. Got it. Thanks for the clarification. So he should ask his cadre when he gets to school as to how they handle it then I guess? He needs to understand that before he lays out his academic plan for how long he expects to take to complete his degree
Thanks Cajun. Is he AROTC? This seems to contradict what it says in the link that AROTC parent sent...
Army or Air Force ROTC?DS is a super senior. He received the national 4 yr scholarship. However, since his degree program was mechanical engineering, his battalion extended it to a 5 yr scholarship. He was told this immediately from the school HR person. So we knew in advance that he was covered. This is a battalion decision.
And NO!! This does not extend his commitment for taking 5 yrs for the degree program. DS will commission next May upon completion of his 5th year.
Oh sorry, I see you previously answered this.Army or Air Force ROTC?
