"after receiving an AFROTC scholarship I have been hungry for more information about the program". It does say he wants to know more about the program. Maybe he know 85% about the program and wants to know the other 15%. Maybe he knows 75% and wants to know the other 25% and so on. How would anyone know how much he knows or doesnt know based on based on his question. How much should he have known about the program. Doesnt this website exist so we can find out more information about SA and Rotc. I dont even care that the comment was harsh, it doesnt make sense.
