Happy Birthday Chip! So is it the almost adult birthday (18) with all of the responsibilities and none of the privilages (in most states), or is it the "yeah, I can do what ever I want" real birthday (21) that brings you three years closer to the age at which the younger folks will no longer trust you. That age of mistrustfullness, I think, is 30.
