I need to bring my math score up and I also want his nomination. I already have the Presidential nom. What should I do?

Go to the interview and retake the exam the next first available opportunity. If the SAT offered before the next ACT take that too.

The way an MOC gets charged is every single candidate on their slate must have a WCS. You have no clue if you will get the nomination, but more importantly, assume Candidate Smith on the slate does not take their CFA until end of Jan. You now have been able to resubmit one or maybe two more exams before the last candidate meets the board.

You need a MOC nomination, so make sure you pursue that. A presidential nom is no guarantee. There are a bunch of other candidates with a presidential nom.

I would call your MOCs Service Academy point of contact. They will be listed on your MOC nom application instructions. They are usually very, very helpful. Explain the situation. Perhaps they can schedule you in for a later afternoon interview time so you can take the ACT and then go to the interview. Sometimes they hold interviews on multiple days in different locations, so they may even be able to schedule you for a different day. This happened with my DD. They happily rescheduled her and she got the nom, so no negative consequences for making the call and rescheduling. The MOC points of contact truly are there to help you.

If neither of the above options are a possibility, reschedule ACT to next date as others have mentioned and go to the MOC interview.
