Bacon unites all.
Ooh! Aah!
That actually looks delicious. I’d eat that!

…or two!!I was thinking pork carnitas in there, a squeeze of lime, fresh salsa, a dollop of sour cream, and all that bacon. And a ‘rita.
A real margarita looks like this, see link below. Tart! No added sugar syrup or fruit goop. I make mine like this without measuring anymore, so I had to find the closest thing.…or two!!
Definitely the bacon would have to be a 6 on the bacon-o-meter to hold up to that.
I kind of feel like giving this a try. I could use those taco holders for formwork, and bake to the proper crispness.
My issue will be the marg. Haven’t found one I like, yet. Not a fan of sweet.
Ok, in that case ONE marg I’m a lightweight. Thanks for the share. Got it bookmarked. There are some other intriguing variations on the link (coconut!!).A real margarita looks like this, see link below. Tart! No added sugar syrup or fruit goop. A few simple ingredients, ice, salt for the rim of a lowball glass. I had my first one like this a long time ago in Acapulco. Revelatory.
Excellent with any bacon dish, any time of the day, respecting where I am posting this.
Classic Margarita Recipe
Here's how to make the classic margarita recipe! It's easy with just 3 ingredients: tequila, lime, and orange liqueur.www.acouplecooks.com
> Agree, the perfect margarita has a tequila and just a little lime. If you want, just substitute more tequila for the Cointreau /Triple SecMy issue will be the marg. Haven’t found one I like, yet. Not a fan of sweet.
Keeping that bacon-o-meter alive. I think an app that can scan cooking bacon with the camera and have indicate current level would be cool.Definitely the bacon would have to be a 6 on the bacon-o-meter to hold up to that.
Or try pork belly burnt ends. You can google recipes. I have not tried yet but it is on my list.Just found out I may be getting a 10 lb pork belly this weekend. Score! Time to measure my curing salt and get that smoker warmed up.
I'll be paying for my cardiologist's next vacation if I start eating this!Pork Belly Burnt Ends

I have a 10 lb pork belly 24/7. What are YOU talking about??Just found out I may be getting a 10 lb pork belly this weekend. Score! Time to measure my curing salt and get that smoker warmed up.
I was told long ago that you are born with a finite amount of heartbeats. If you work out, those heartbeats speed up. Ergo, working out makes you expire sooner. The guy who told me that - who used to run all the time - is dead now.I'll be paying for my cardiologist's next vacation if I start eating this!
