I had a couple of questions about the Medical Process and was hoping someone may be able to shed some light on them.
1. In my portal it lists my status as Incomplete-Closed because they are missing something from either my medical or eye exam, is there anything I can do to help get this cleared up, or do I just need to wait? I had been checking it and before it was labeled incomplete closed it said that it was done but that there were errors and that they were working with the provided to get it fixed. I attempted to call and left a message with the CIV team when I saw the first issue about the providers, it then changed to the incomplete-closed, I then called again and left another voicemail but I haven't received a call back from them about it, and want to see what I need to do to get everything resolved.
2. I had some concerns about my medical exam and wanted to see if this was normal or if something was done incorrectly, at the exam they did not take my height or weight and just asked me what they were at the time I hadn't been weighed or measured in a while so I gave my best guess and I know that this can affect the medical. This did not seem right so I wanted to see if this was normal or if they did that wrong, and if so do I need to do anything to rectify that?
3. I also recently learned that my wisdom teeth are impacted and I need to have them removed. I know that surgery can be a medical disqualifier but I also was under the impression that impacted wisdom teeth were a medical qualifier. What is my best course of action here?
