I have submitted my information and awaiting to hear whether or not I received an appointment. But! I am in a Senior Capstone Class where we have to design and implement a huge project, so since I'm gung ho for the military, I decided to stage a mini (4hour) boot camp at my school. I am having the Army host it alongside me (I know that goes against my favorite branch, though I felt I would get more turn out if I had them do it). It's going to be a pretty big event, I have to create liability waivers, get the military show proof of a $1million dollar insurance policy, have EMT on scene, broadcast it around school and in the community, so it's become a bit stressful. So my question is, should I contact the Academy to see if I can still put that on my application or have them put it as a side note? Or should I call my ALO and see what he thinks? Or is it too late all around?
