If your daughter is not where she can solve this herself, and a current/recent USMMA midshipman doesn’t pop up in the interim, you could call the USMMA Navy Exchange store to confirm. This is the same NEX system that carries USN, NROTC, USNA khaki uniforms.
Do you have a DOD ID card that allows you to shop at a Navy Exchange, such as the uniform shop inside the NEX at the Naval Support Activity Annapolis, which is across the Severn River from the USNA Yard? There a a small uniform shop inside Bancroft Hall for those mids and staff.
Something for the future. Assuming your daughter has some kind of Navy Reserve ID (just realized I have forgotten what kind of ID they get), she might be in the DEERS system, the DOD database. If she’s in there, she can order Navy uniforms, free shipping, from the online NEX uniform store, by logging in and setting up a profile. She can take them to any military uniform store with tags still on to be tailored.
If you’re the designated helper Stateside, I would call the KP NEX folks first to consult.
Not to muddy the waters, but there are khakis that are commonly called “wash khakis,” all cotton, which are worn shipboard. This isn’t the case for Navy ships anymore, but may still be in use on merchant vessels. The Navy summer khaki uniform is 100% synthetic. This is where you need KP-specific advice.
Managing uniforms is a bit of a life skill. Having dupes and back-ups becomes the norm.
Best I can do from my limited knowledge.
