Is there a link to list of personal data questions that are in the application?

Yes, I am thrown by OP question. From what our DS experienced, he is logged into the portal and there are boxes of required elements. He clicks on those and proceeds through the questions. When done, runs error check and when finished hits save/submit.

Oh ok.. I thought there would be list ( pdf etc ) somewhere outside of the application portal

Just spend some time roaming around your application portal and I bet you will find the majority of what you are curious about. I just sit on the sofa and watch our DS scroll through his (yes, watching over shoulder literally, lol). He and I went through his DODMERB questions together, that for sure you want to do with a parent. Good luck!
OH, one more thing, make sure you printed/downloaded the instruction manual, walks you through most stuff. Seems obvious, but critical.

There is a lot you won't be able to see until her application portal opens. I can say that some of the questions related to mom and dad, their level of education, whether or not they had military service. Where was DS born, basic name, address, social, DOB questions. Then it went more into detail in the candidate activities record (have resume handy to complete this). Good luck to your DD next year. We started pretty early in the summer and I am glad for it. Still slogging through 4 SA applications.
