They dont publish standards of pass/fail as they want you to strive for the most you can do, not just the bare minimum. Look at the averages, and aim to do better than them.

My DD received a similar LOA last year and is currently a plebe. Doing more than the minimum is crucial. Also, staying on task and getting everything done that they ask for in a timely manner is a must. Give yourself enough time to resubmit or retake the CFA if necessary. DO NOT wait until the last minute to take it. It not uncommon for pullup and pushup videos to be rejected and have to be resubmitted. Please plan accordinglly.
