Login Not Working

Hello all,

Earlier today I was checking my USMMA portal to see if I owed anything. Now, when I try to login, it says that it was unsuccessful. I thought that maybe I needed to reset my password, but when I tried to, it said my email was not registered. Has anybody else had trouble with this? Or, does anybody know what this means? Thank you in advance.

DS account not opening. Getting 'log in not successful' after entering pw. And it has been same user and pw since July. Might be a glitch. I would wait a few hours and try again.
 
I distinctly remember being certain every time the portal would not load that it was because Admissions was posting MY kid's appointment. All part of this fun process.

Ok, you might be on to something. This morning, his doc submitted dates all showed 13 Jan (which is not 'real' as his docs were all submitted prior to November and showed actual submitted dates, then he did essay on 14 Jan). After glitch, they all show 13 Jan Except his essay which now shows 22 Jan. Cue twilight zone music. Clearly I am easily entertained.

I don't know if it means anything, but my DS' doc dates were mostly different dates in October. Then, they all changed to 1/22. On 1/24, we received the BFE with the date of 1/22. Two days after receiving the BFE, the site switched to "Congratulations!....."- So, the doc dates changing mean they are probably looking at his file.
