Have you posted over in DoDMERB forum? Mr Mullen might be able to assist.I'm not sure I quite understand your inquiry, but I am wondering if you are experiencing our same angst. Our DS received his appointment on 12/23, conditional on a medical waiver, which he finally received after seven long weeks. Since then, he developed a completely separate foot issue, which required medical attention, and which we were obligated to report. He's now disqualified again, but with the clock ticking, it's unclear what we are supposed to do now. We are getting conflicting information from DoDMERB (send/don't send information), and really don't know what to do now.

Has she reached out to Mr. Mullen? My DD has reporting instructions (NAPS). She already enlisted and has Orders. She also had an injury after DODMERB. Reported it to NAVY and DODMERB and is now under waiver review again (it's been about 2months). Nobody is responding to her emails and it is very frustrating. She has emailed the Navy and DODMERB and now NAPS is trying to help. She reports in 12 days. So stressful.
She has.Has she reached out to Mr. Mullen?
