Has anyone with a DD/DS who were medical turn-backs received any type of reporting information? Three weeks to go and nothing from cadet personnel office.

I'm not sure I quite understand your inquiry, but I am wondering if you are experiencing our same angst. Our DS received his appointment on 12/23, conditional on a medical waiver, which he finally received after seven long weeks. Since then, he developed a completely separate foot issue, which required medical attention, and which we were obligated to report. He's now disqualified again, but with the clock ticking, it's unclear what we are supposed to do now. We are getting conflicting information from DoDMERB (send/don't send information), and really don't know what to do now.

Have you posted over in DoDMERB forum? Mr Mullen might be able to assist.

A = The "APPLICANT" can email me at Lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide complete name and last 4 SSN; past the posting above in the email. I can help from there. *** I HAVE NOT HEARD THOSE QUESTIONS FROM ANYBODY SINCE THURSDAY TO NOW.**** :wiggle:

My DD has reporting instructions (NAPS). She already enlisted and has Orders. She also had an injury after DODMERB. Reported it to NAVY and DODMERB and is now under waiver review again (it's been about 2months). Nobody is responding to her emails and it is very frustrating. She has emailed the Navy and DODMERB and now NAPS is trying to help. She reports in 12 days. So stressful.

Has she reached out to Mr. Mullen?

FredD - I don't like it when "apparently" someone has reached out to me and I don't know it....so let me give specific instructions so we are on the same wavelength:

1) If someone is in the Navy already, it's odd that FredD posts here and off recall, I don't know of anyone emailing me in the situation described above. I'm old and it is possible, but highly doubtful.
2) But to be sure EVERYONE is on the same frequency, tell DD to:

a. Email me at Lawrence.E.Mullen.civ@mail.mil TONIGHT.
b. Have her provide complete name and last 4.
c. Have her paste the post above in the email and anything else she wants to say.
standing by and will turn off at 10 PM MDT tonight on this National Holiday.....

Thank you Mr. Mullen. My DD tells me there whole mix up was the result of a typo in the email address she was sending to. She is very thankful for your help and learned a valuable lesson on double checking an email address. Thank you again.
