I'm confused about how an ACT of 25 and a B average puts someone in the top 10%. I don't think it's top 10% of applicants (the folks you're actually competing against).

The bottom chart in this document is interesting. Shows number of 3'Q candidates based on ethnicity and what percent got appointments. Little dated (class of 2012) but definitely shows a trend.
