I was wondering if there was any information on how heavily the fitness test is weighted for the NROTC scholarship? Is it the same whole candidate score concept as the USNA?

Yes, it's the whole candidate score. How heavily it's rated would almost certainly be different depending on which option you're pursuing. It's probably much more important for Marine Options, but nevertheless it's whole person scoring.
