Excuse me if this is a somewhat dumb question but I was wondering, if like the academies, you can apply for an ROTC scholarship after freshman year for the three remaining years of undergrad?

For sure you can. I'm gonna be joining as a junior with 60+ credits from high school so you got no problem at all!

You must have at least two years remaining in order to pursue NROTC. Three is much preferred.

If you're not yet a freshman, consider enrolling without the scholarship for freshman year.
