trying to log in to see status and it says LOCKED and can no longer see the status page. does that mean rejection or is the site having maintenance?
 
They may be in the transition of putting up the new application since the previous scholarship year is closed. At least that's kinda how I remember what happened 5 years ago when my son went through it.

It will probably unlock later.
 
Check at the bottom to see if there is a link to the "old" applications.

I remember my son's portal did the same and then there was news. I hope that is the case.
 
I just tried and got the system is locked message as well. I assume it is down for maintenance.
 
I still am getting The System is Locked message. I tried on my computer and my ipad.
 
Having issues as well. After logging in with social and bday, and selecting 2018, screen reads "System is locked".
