Solid as a rock...!
Be prepared to answer how she has lead people, maybe had to do something that others disagreed with, why she wants to be a Navy officer.DD has her interview today, any advice? We prepped her for a couple hours last night
Hi there, just curious as to what happened to your daughter? How was the application process getting into HPY? What has she decided? Was having the NROTC a helpful bonus in getting into HPY?Just watched Trump's inauguration...wow..so exciting! I have read
After I got home I spoke to my DD about her interview. I asked her what was the hardest question for her..."When you had to make a judgement that negatively impacted someone".
Well my DD has some big dreams and I hope the NROTC scholarship board recognizes her desire, qualities, and drive and they give her this opportunity to fulfill her dreams. Thank you to everyone for your advice and comments they truly helped!
Hello. My daughter was accepted into Yale and Princeton. Yes NROTC was the key. In end, she decided not to attend either school or use her NROTC scholarship. Something she never anticipated nor her parents. She decided to take a full ride academic scholarship to another school (non-ivy).
