If true, and I have every reason to believe it is, this is heartbreaking and disturbing at best. As one whose DS is about to embark on his Plebe year, I can only pray for his sake and the sake of all West Point cadets, that there has been some marked improvements since the time this was written in 2017.
 
Unfortunately the Pentagon has now gone over to the dark side. The hiring of Bishop Garrison, a West Point graduate and black militant who firmly believes if you voted for Donald Trump then you must be ejected from the military (his words not mine), is a CLEAR indicator of where we find ourselves as a nation. If you do NOT support Critical Race Theory "then you will be persecuted" is the new mantra of the Biden Administration. Our nation is navigating in very dangerous waters. My parents escaped a communist nation. My brother and I are both academy graduates and we can clearly see where we will end up if CRT is allowed to survive in the military. CRT is based on Marxist theory and it will absolutely destroy the only thing left of value in this nation (the military).

West Point is regularly ranked among the top 3 public universities in the Nation, and is known widely as an engine of leadership.

Never heard of the author in my 29 years of service.

Your son will be in good hands.
 
Prospective2019, I didn't say in my post CRT is being taught at West Point (go back and read it again). I clearly stated the PENTAGON has now developed a program to identify service members who do NOT agree with CRT. I have a DS studying at WP so I know what is and not being taught. Attention to detail cadet.

Considering the context of the article that is being discussed (and that we are very much under the jurisdiction of the Pentagon) I don't think you can blame me for misinterpreting your comment, which has little to do with the thread.
 
Prospective2019, whether or not it has anything to do with the threat is irrelevant. Your comment did not address my post. You suggested I do not know what is being taught at WP. As I stated, my insight into what is going on at the academy comes from my DS (one of your classmates). You misinterpreted my comment because you failed to digest what I was saying. As I said, attention to detail.

What's the program called? Who is running it? Who has access to the information? How will the program deal with those in opposition?
 
This is what we know (for now):

“Garrison has said publicly that President Donald Trump and all who support him are racists. He is also a supporter of the 1619 Project.”
