I have a pending medical waiver for a stress fracture. I just received a nomination from my Senator. Will this help ease the process along?

Approximately 5,000 applicants WILL have nominations. (535 representatives and senators, 10 nominees each; + 500 average presidential, etc.). There will only be approximately 1,200 appointments.
So, to answer your question, yet, admitting that I can't be 100% positive; no, having a nomination will not move along or have any bearing on whether you receive the waiver or not.
