PFA scores

In the grand scheme of things....how much do the PFA scores come into play for the AROTC scholarship? My DD scored low on the push up's. The person administering the test didn't count most of her push ups because they weren't done correctly. She is varsity athlete (1 year track, 2 years volleyball).

The whole package matters, but the PFA scores are an important part of that package. I would suggest looking into perfecting her form and retaking the CFA.

How many push ups did she do that counted.

Has your daughter submitted the scores yet, if not have her work on the form and try again.

I believe 150 points max out of 1,000 are awarded for the PFA. Unless she did terrible on all three phases of the test she should still be ok if the rest of her application is strong.

She completed 20 push up's, 45 sit ups and 7:15 mile. She has already submitted the scores because she wanted to be complete before the first board. She is pretty strong (I believe) on the rest of her application.
