I endorse this message. That’s WAYYY too much running. Need to add more interval training and variety. Unless you are a seasoned CC athlete, that week 8 is a recipe for injury (even then it’s too much). IF you are even able to hold this pace, it should be no more than 2 times in that week.Dropping almost 3 minutes per mile in 8 weeks while increasing mileage and frequency.
I wish that was how it worked.
I should have read that plan more carefully. That is a terrible idea for running.
