remedial issues?

I was told that there were a couple of remedial exams that I had to go to, but I've been having a lot of issues scheduling them. One provider still has not received my referral, and another assigned provider for a different condition does not exist (provided address doesn't lead to listed facility + phone number does not belong to anyone). I've emailed and called the people at dodmerb saying that they're working on it, but it has been about a month with no luck. I've completed everything on my application to USAFA with the exception of getting medically qualified. I'm very frustrated and very worried that this will be the thing preventing me from achieving my dreams. Has anyone else experienced issues like this? What is the set deadline to become qualified? How long is the whole waiver process if needed? Is there anyone else I can contact from the CIV team other than the remedial department that could hopefully help me get this sorted out faster?
