If anyone has any in depth knowledge of what the grounds are for the repeal of an appointment, I have a question for you:

I am currently taking Differential Equations (M340 - that last required math course at USNA) at a local university. Frankly, this course is killing me. I studied for my last midterm harder than any other test I've ever taken, and I still couldn't make a C (before the curve). I am currently sitting on the bubble for getting a C in the class. (I will have to do very well on the final). If I were to not improve my grade with that test (receiving a D in the class), would this be grounds for repeal given the high level of the course?

Thanks,
Geoff

ps: I will contact my BGO and admissions, but I just want to get other input as well.

if they repeal your appointment because as a senior in high school you had a bad time with differential equations they're ******** and as I hope to get a good education from there they better not be ******** that being said in a ridiculous manner I don't think they will care and if you don't want to I don't think you even need to send them your college grades.

USNA won't pull an appointment because you didn't do well in one advanced class.

Reasons it could happen include criminal activity, drugs, DWI, failing all/most classes, etc. Obviously, each case is unique.

If you have an appointment, stay away from situations that could lead to trouble and stay away from activities that are likely to result injury.
