You've got a CPR on your portal? Has your withdrawal button been removed or is it still there? From what I read from other threads, a CPR could mean good news.

No withdrawal button. Hoping for the good news, but the red "Waiver Pending" has me slightly concerned.

I am currently a NROTC MIDN at my state schools and another MIDN here had the same thing. CPR with no withdrawal button in the morning last week, a call of congratulation from his MOC by the evening of the same day.
