I've been a Cadet in Civil Air Patrol for about 8 years. For the resume section, we only have the option to pick 10 activities, awards, etc. (This is a change from the old portal, which let you check as many things as you wanted, which was nice, but that is neither here nor there).

Do I need to put both that I'm a Spaatz Award Recipient and put Civil Air Patrol as an activity? That alone is a fifth of my slots and I've done a lot of things I'd like to check boxes for. Add in my varsity athletics and now there's two-fifths gone. Since you can't do one without the other, I was debating if it'd be possible to just put the Spaatz on there and let them connect the dots, but don't want to take any chances.

Thoughts?

The Spaatz award isn't obtainable without being CAP. They definitely know that. Not only will the award be sufficient to tell them that you did CAP, but also to tell them you did it exceptionally.

Look @moho need you here with the class of 2027 not just for the free socks but also free humor, just saying. Hurry up get that acceptance letter we know is coming.

Trust me get whatever squad I'm in next year. Funny doolies make the squad. We have quite literally been talked to at least 3 times a week now because our moral is so low. Poor squad commander, moral officer and first sergeant are trying their best.

I think Siri must be messing with your keyboarding - please reassure us it’s your morale that is low and there is not really a moral officer.

Hang in there. Morale is like the tide; it flows in and out. It will rise again.

You can use your third essay to explain extra things that you may not have had enough room to add.

True, although I’m using my third essay for something else.
