Roller coaster I: Get Us (The Parents) Through Plebe Year - Class of ‘26 🎢

Not sure. Just the way my kid is, I guess! He responds to texts fairly quickly.

Plus, being local, he knows I will come down there and kick his azz if he doesn't respond. ;)

Can't say the same about his older and younger siblings!! There is typically a delay with them.
 
Had a great visit with the dude on Friday for his birthday. Did a small payment visit to the Mid Store for tuition. Ended up running off the yard with his littlest bro (leaving Plebe to wait for us on campus) to Dry 85 to get burgers and bring them back on to eat. Not long after we left, the YumYum club order came to him, and we had gotten him a strawberry cheesecake and some balloons. Turns out, another Plebe in his company has the same birthday!

He spent the weekend with his GF again to celebrate. (I know, shocker). That's 3 weekends already used. 🤦‍♂️

We were down the weekend before Alpha - mid asked for floor striper, they were out of the gallon size - he opted for the 5 gallon (concentrate to boot!) not thinking of having to lug it up all those flights...guess it made him popular though because there was none left by the time Tuesday rolled around 🤣
 
Just wanted to say if your mid comes home for spring break and they need an appt (facial, salon, masseuse, dentist, apple store, bank, passport renewal, notary ...etc) make it now!
Our area appointments fill up fast and of course waited until last minute and couldn't do what we wanted.

Do they take into account height/wing span? Legit wonder sometimes if my 5’ firecracker is screwed when it comes to something like this. She’s never mentioned anything about it either way. Inquiring minds want to know.

I owned an aqua rock 🪨 He did fine.

My instructor said most of the time the taller kids (6'0"+) often do the worst since they think their height alone will get them a good grade, and the smaller kids tend to do well since they actually listen and use proper technique :) My test isn't until tomorrow but we shall see how it goes
