So I know the scholarship covers Tuition or room and board but not both. But some schools like my first choice University of Kentucky covers room and board for you. Do you guys know any other school that are the same that cover tuition & room and board.

Look at the stickie by the same name as this thread, found at the top of the page. Always check with the college to confirm. Of course one caould always call the bursar's office.

Syracuse pays up to 16,000 towards room and board. If they get a 3 year AROTC, Syracuse even pays the 4th year (or 1st year) tuition.

Norwich covers full Room and Board. Jacksonville U in Florida has been emailing our son offering full R and B as well. There is a list somewhere on the forum, and on the NROTC website there is a table with the lists of who offers what in great detail.

I know that Texas A&M does NOT provide free R&B for it's ROTC scholarship winners. I have been told though that the Corps and the University, both give scholarship dollars to assist with the required on campus housing and meal plan. I have roughly calculated that it would run about $10K per year for my son for Corps housing and a (required) meal plan. He has already qualified for $2K in schollie money from the University, and I've been told that the Corps will likely kick in another $3-4K per year. If it works out that we have to pay $5K a year OOS for my son to attend A&M, we'd be 100% thrilled with that.
