Hello all,

I'm wondering what would be the best way to submit the ROTC nomination paperwork. Should I have my PMS mail the nomination form, and then I upload the service-connected form directly on the portal? Should I submit both on the portal, or should I have my PMS mail in both forms? Any guidance is appreciated, thank you.

I inferred the poster is an applicant for USMA Class of 2026 who is currently in a college AROTC unit, which is an approved nomination source. His or her Professor of Military Science (PMS), the unit commander, fills out a form recommending him for the ROTC nomination. The OP is trying to figure out who does what and how, administratively.

That form is the ROTC nomination form I am talking about, but there is a second form on the portal titled "service-connected nomination request" where you also check off that you are receiving an ROTC nomination recommendation. The hope is that there is an applicant here who submitted these forms already and can help me sort out how each form gets sent. Nonetheless, I will email admissions soon if no one here has done it yet.
