How long does it typically take for winners to be notified from DoDMERB on how to schedule the medical exam? Is there supposed to be an email?

I also have that same question. I sent my letter of intent through my application a few days ago so I imagine it should my pretty soon.

they'll email you instructions on how to make a dodmerb account and set up your exams

Go to the additional information tab on the application website. DODMERB instructions are there.

My DS got an email from DoDMERB today to set up Acct & schedule. He was a 3rd board winner & his letter of intent was uploaded on 4/12/18. In case that info is helpful to anyone else waiting too.

DS got his email today. He actually got the email telling him to schedule, then got the email telling him that the email was coming!

in my unit, i've heard anywhere from 3 weeks (me) to 3 months. be patient!
