Happy for the Army win but I hope that the Navy quarterback is a senior; he is one fast dude! The TV commentator asked Malcolm Perry if he knew anyone faster then him, he did & they are all running track in college!

Perry is actually only a MIDN 3/C if I remember correctly. Two more years! [emoji572]

We got a great view of that from the first few rows of the upper deck. Last year we could barely see the cadets at all, but this year we had a great view of our son the whole game. Was cool watching them have as much fun as they were having. Honestly, and I know I am biased, but the Cadets we're incredibly engaged and loud throughout the game, and far more so than the Mids. Every time the jumbo screen would go to the Cadets or anything Army they exploded in cheer, and when it went to the Navy side there was booing like you have never heard before. The Cadets we're loud and jubilant throughout the entire game. It was a ton of fun.

This was our second Army/Navy game and the differences between the Corps and the Mids were apparent. All on the same BIG team but very different. LOVED seeing my son and his friends on the field as Cadets this year. The game this year was amazing! Snow made it even more special. GO ARMY!

The snow looked so cool falling on the Army uniforms,

even if it made the field a bit slippery o_O I should've counted the number of times a player lost his footing during that game! I'm genuinely surprised and glad nobody got hurt because he slipped and ate s***!

Overall a fantastic game to watch even though I saw it on CBS. The pre-game video made my mom sob because of all the kids getting their offers and leaving the house.

Since it's Army/Navy week, thought I would bump this.
The background story that may well go down in Army/Navy lore. As most watching the game could tell the momentum seemed to have shifted to Navy. They kept driving. The Navy QB had Army's number. Something was needed.
A member of the Army pep band ran up to the sound booth and convinced the sound person to play DCBBS and Borgeous "Tsunami" at the next TV time out. I'm sure the sound tech had no idea of the songs meaning to the Army Corps of Cadets and playing it at such a key moment was probably a "no-no" for a neutral site stadium. In the video, you can see the Army sideline jumping up and down with the Corps and getting fired up. It was a tipping point. The Army defense stiffened. And the rest is history.

DS is torn. Norwich is so historically Army, but he's Navy!

Then there's Recognition... on Army Navy Weekend.... a weekend to remember when Navy wins again!

Here is the flyover video I shot in 2016, the year the streak was broken! It was my DS Firstie year and it was an unbelievable experience!!!!

My younger DS who is a candidate for admission to the Class of 2023 celebrated on the field after the game with his Firstie brother!

@UHBlackhawk - I was at the game last year but I didn't know that story. Thanks for sharing it.

Super stoked for this year's game!! And I'm thrilled that it's looking like it will be a cold, but sunny day - no snow/rain this year!
