Third AFROTC Scholarship Board Cancelled

Last information my DS was decision on April 17th. Has the date changed to today (April 13th)?

They had the option of not submitting their ACT/SAT scores but that moved them into the third board, those results come out April 17th (vs 13th for 2nd board).

@gibsontrio...test score for what? He cleared all requirements including DODMERB months ago. He already has LOA to USNA and USAFA but was looking at AFROTC as an option.
Per the post above, they were just asking because submitting test scores impacted when you might be reviewed, but glad your DS has options.

Thank you. My DS submitted his test scores.

Has anyone seen anything change with respect to status on their applicant webpages? I assume it is getting close to COB at ROTC HQ in terms of them posting results today

Nope. Quitting time was 1700 at AFRS in San Antonio. Maybe tomorrow. "Check's in the mail" and "We'll send someone right over."

My DS gave up looking about an hour ago. Very disappointing that they do not communicate more effectively. The process is tough to begin with and then to have these delays. However, that is typical working for the government so DS (and dad) need to learn to be patient and flexible.

If he wants a life of service, now is as good a time as any to become acclimated. "The beatings will continue until morale improves." If it was easy, everyone would do it.
