Transferring between SLE to NASS

My son is attending session 2 SLE and the next day he attends session 3 NASS. I am trying to find other students doing the same thing or recommendations for travel. I don't seem to see any flights between NYC and BWI that arrive before 4 pm. There is an Amtrak train between NYC Penn and BWI airport station. We will be in NYC with our son, but he will need to get to the Naval Academy by himself. Any suggestions?

Train is about 2 1/2 hours I believe so not a bad option if you can't find a direct flight. Can get off at BWI station for NASS shuttle bus. Pretty easy option and may even be a "new" experience for him.

I would definitely recommend the Amtrak train. There are a number of options out of Penn Station in NYC to Downtown Baltimore and BWI.

There's also flix buses. He could take it to Baltimore and then take a train or uber.
