Has anyone received any word on their summer seminar application? The website says word will come back by the first week of March. Is this an outdated date?
 
They normally go on the date most things are dropped this year's seems to be mostly likely Saturday. Hurry up and wait. So wait till at least Saturday to be concerned.

If it's not there Sunday night they might still be having problems with the new system. Few more days won't kill anyone.
 
My DD applied in 4 years ago. On Thursday March 1, 2018, we got her acceptance in the portal for Summer Seminar. She is now class of 2023, in which next year she will graduate.

Stay patient and should be around thursday/friday.

Last year we didn’t find out until early April, they pushed back our notification frequently. There’s a rumor that USAFA is on track to release the majority of their appointments in Mid-March. They are already behind on the release of appointments, so if I had to guess, I would say that they’ll be notifying SS selects later than usual.

Damn that sucks. I'm going to have to be on egg shells for a while.
 
I haven't received anything about my Summer Seminar application. I'm still waiting for this first week in March to finish though.

Interesting. USNA sent me an email today telling me I can apply even though it's past the deadline. Must have limited interest this year. Still holding out for SS or SLE.

USNA website states 3/31/22 is deadline for applying to NASS. Did you see something different?
 
The USNA SS deadline is 31 March 2022. However, as noted earlier, USNA is conducting 'rolling' admissions boards for the summer seminar so students are receiving invitations. One of my students received an email encouraging her to apply sooner as I assume they would like to avoid a last-minute deluge of applications. Best of luck with your application to the seminar and USNA too!

Are they dropped at a certain time? Or just any time during the day?
