Since there is no space force academy, ROTC, or OTS, will air force academy cadets have the opportunity to possibly become officers in the space force?

Will cross commissioning from other military branches be an option?

As I understand it, the Space Force is a department of the Air Force, analogous to the Marines being a department of the Navy (the men's department :D ). I would expect that it will work like USNA and cadets at USAFA will be able to commission either into the air force or space force (or it's commission into air force and assignment to space force). Doesn't make much difference wither way. and it's all reasonable surmise on my part.

I don't think anyone knows the process yet; I'm certain nobody in the forums does. It's too new.

I'm sure in the coming months we'll start to see guidance coming out about all manner of things related to the USSF.

Theoretically, for the next few fiscal years there will not be any new billets, due to the Pentagon’s wish to keep it a “lean” service. That essentially means that there will be no recruiting and all personnel in Space Farce will be former AFSPC airmen. However, obviously people will retire/separate so it’s possible this could change before too long.
