That is when most of us in the last wave of appointments were told we would get an update in the portal. Temper your expectations but things look good for you!

Yes on his end not mine. He asked to me to see if mine said anything compared to his.

Hi Folks!

I don't know where to start! I'm pulling what's left of my hair out waiting to hear from the AFA. My kid kinda blew the fitness assessment trying to get it done with a pretty good chest infection, but otherwise he's a good candidate. A- avg. grades, lots of extra-curricular, first to solo at Aim High Flight Academy, and has his PPL. He got noms from a Congressman and a Senator, and letters of recommendation from the sitting Secretary of State of California and a 3-star AF general. Like I said, I think he's a strong candidate, but he really blew the 1 mile and a few of the other fitness tests. We're dying over here waiting. I'm interested in some of your stories--how are you handling the wait and what did you bring to the table with your application? Thanks, and good luck!
