That appears to be the case. My DS is friends with several candidates not on the forum (Boys State Friends, etc). They were all NO or Wait-list as well.

I would think you should check email (check spam) for email from Concord. I don't see how you could schedule a medical appointment unless you already had the email from Concord with the packet. You should probably call Concord.

The forms for the MD are part of the "packet". Our MD said they couldn't do the exam without them. The eye doctor didn't need any forms from the packet. If the appointment is for the MD, you should probably try to reschedule it until you can get the packet from Concord and print out the medical forms. Sorry if this isn't helpful but it's basically all that I can tell you as a parent that went through this a few months ago. Good luck!

It's been awhile, but on DODMETS, my DS had to answer a ton of online questions about his medical history. At the end of those questions, it gave him instructions to print that questionnaire. That printed questionnaire WAS the packet and was REQUIRED to be brought to the medical exam.

I just went through the same thing yesterday and received help here. You need to log in to your account on www.dodmets.com. You then fill out the medical history form there, print it out and take it to your doctor. We didn't receive an email from Concord either.
