If you are seeing “under waiver review” that doesn’t necessarily mean that the academy has requested a waiver. That is the automatic DoDMERB status after someone is DQ’d. That is the situation my son is in with two academies. He specifically asked them if waivers were requested and they said not yet. For the third academy, a waiver was requested and, following a good long wait, has been granted. Admissions is probably your best bet to confirm if a waiver has actually been requested.
