Does anyone know this late in the game if they will give the MOC the courtesy 72 hours to make a notification call?

Everything is crickets over here...no update on email, portals or DoDMerb. Grateful every morning that I have not received a TWE but don't know what to think about the medical. My USAFA application pulled it in Jan after I completed it but USNA has not yet. I was told they request once I am deemed competitive...I don't want to sound arrogant and am so grateful to still be in the running but how is my application not yet competitive enough to request medical if I am this far in? I don't know what to think but I'm happy to be "staying alive"(new theme song). Does anyone know if all options at this point (App, NAPS, Foundation) all require medical?

Same for our DD. Our MOC was extremely dilligent in confirming the nomination through official channels, but she never heard from him directly.

Online admission's chat was asked this morning if another wave of notifications would be forthcoming today. The LT responded, "We intend to notify all candidates of their offer status by the end of this month." Sigh........good luck to everyone still awaiting news!

Welp, looks like the timeline has moved once again for me. Was told on Monday on the live chat a decision would be made “by the end of the week” and now it’s “the end of the month”. Hoping we don’t get to April 30th and they say “a decision will be made by May 15th” Maybe they’ll surprise me with good news today

Same here. Really depends on the MOC. Our MOC didn’t even get his name right on a form letter acknowledging his receipt of a nomination. None of that matters

If you are basing that solely on the Portal not showing your medical, it might not be correct. Have you asked Admissions? If they say they have it, they do, regardless of what the portal says.

USNA didn't pull my medical until I was notified of an LOA. I assume I was in the same boat (did medical through usafa). To be clear, I had qualified through DoDMERB but usafa was the only one to pull it, I had completed every aspect of the USNA app and was notified of my LOA, then I checked my DoDMERB and USNA had pulled my file to review.
