DS can only get in the CIS portal. He tries to get in the the other one but it keeps taking him back.

Same here, can only enter the CIS portal. The other one that showed my LOA is not working.

After logging in to CIS, jump back to the application portal. If you look to the top right and see "sign out", you are logged in even if the landing page says you aren't. Then delete the last part of the URL in the address bar back to "online app" and see if it takes you to your dashboard. Worked for us. Unfortunately, it is still the same, just the LOA showing up.

The new one at this link had the decision - https://usnacandidate.force.com/OnlineApp/TargetX_Portal__PB#/

When you click on the above link it will say - You are logged out.
Clicking on the - Log back in - button will take you to the old portal.
Log in there.
Then in a new tab, copy and paste the above new portal url.
This should log you in to the new portal.

Hope this helps. This worked for me. Not sure if everyone has the same experience.

On my DS's "old" portal, it has had the nomination as received on 1/26 in the box on the bottom right labeled Nominations, but it does not show up as "checked" under additional requirements (left hand side). Does anyone know why this is? It is not reflected in the "new" portal either. He was just able to get into the new portal by using the steps in the post above.

I’m assuming they are having a lot of syncing issues with the new system and they haven’t worked everything out yet. I personally contacted my admissions counselor and he clarified what he did and did not have. If they do have it, they may be processing it still and that could be the reason it isn’t in. I would definitely contact the admissions counselor to check though.

I'm having a similar issue except it is my medical exam that used to be checked off as of 12/29 is no longer checked off.
