I’ve noticed that if I type USNA.edu I can’t ever access but if I Google USNA admissions and click the link - it works

I always just type in “cis” for candidate information system. It’s frequently visited so it just pops right up, never had any problems with it.

Not to be snarky, but it means that your transcript is marked off in the system. No one here can really know or tell you if there is any deeper meaning to it .......
