I have an LOA, nom, and medically qualified. Does this mean I am getting an appointment or is there anything else that needs to be done?

Is the government shutdown affecting admissions?CadeTrauger said:...I have an LOA, nom, and medically qualified...

Yes. That would qualify as satisfying all the remaining actions. You will receive a Fully-Qualified Offer of Appointment.
It could take a little longer with the government shutdown. You may or may not get an EMail notifying you of a change in status, so just try to check it once a day (after 5PM) and report back. Congratulations!
My only concern is that I have only one nom from my congressman. What if somebody has already received an appointment from my nominating pool, and therefore my nom would be no good. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but if anyone understands what I mean and can give me an answer that would be great. We’ll look for your post on the Appointment Thread, fingers crossed.
Awesome!! Thank you.The LOA nomination does not count against the MOC. No need to worry about that piece.

So if somebody from my MOC pool has already received an appointment, then I need a different MOC???The LOA nomination does not count against the MOC. No need to worry about that piece.
This isn't true. Being offered an LOA has no effect on an appointment being counted against a MOC.

I missed a word here. The LOA nomination does not necessarily count against the MOC. However, as already reemphasized, you don’t have to worry about it. If you satisfy the conditions listed for your LOA, you are in the best possible place to receive an appointment. The LOA nomination does not count against the MOC. No need to worry about that piece.
