"Waiver Granted" - DODMerb Tricare Status

I just got an updated status by DODMerb Tricare saying "Waiver Granted," does this mean that the waiver process is complete, or is there another step in the process? (ARMY ROTC)

It means that the medical part of your process is complete. Now, your cadre at your school will be in charge of the rest of your administrative processing to get you contracted ... to start your scholarship and stipend
