There is a separate minority admissions officer that you will be assigned to if you are a minority.
From what I understand, anyone that is not a white male.

The Corps is supposed to reflect the Army, is what I hear.
After looking further into this, limited to goggle searchesIf the goal is to make the Officer base in the military reflective of the percentage of enlisted that is in the military I would assume that people who are Asian and Indian (not native american) would not be an under represented minority.
