3Q = Admissions Board Qualified; CFA - Qualified, and Medical Qualified. You will not receive a "Notification" you are 3Q, and in fact most candidates never find out if they are Admissions Board qualified (BGO's aren't supposed to comment). You will be notified if you don't pass CFA or Medical.
All CPR really means is that you have submitted a complete application, and that you don't have to do anything else..the rest is in the hand of Admissions , and there are actually several steps that happen between achieving CPR status and an Admissions decision/Notifification. These include Admissions Board review determining if you are Admissions Qualified , and Noms/Appointments determining who on a competitive slate of Nominations is most qualified and gets the Offer. This later step is what takes time .. for the most part, Noms/Appointments can't really begin evaluating slates until the Nominations are submitted, and all Candidates have completed their application.
