As for the accommodations, theyāre in the military. Donāt let some sailor crammed into a small tossing āboatā hear a future officer complain about having to sleep on a cot. I canāt tell you how many times I slept on a cot in an open hanger. It looked just like this. Or slept in the āSikorsky Hotelā then woke up to fly a mission. Fellow crew members at in my civilian life are amazed that I can almost sleep on command. Put on an eye mask, insert ear plugs, put my mind in that āsleep spaceā and Iām out. Peter Parker was bitten by a spider, I got my super power of sleeping on command from the military.
Stadiums. Phillie has it wired and is probably the most neutral site. Everyone knows where to stay, you can walk or take the train to the stadium. If you have to Uber the stadium isnāt in the middle of nowhere.
Heck, there werenāt even enough seats this year for Cadets and Midshipmen. Next year in DC even fewer seatsā¦ not sure how that will work.
