We had the dentist send a letter indicating full healing and the original panarama with the four teeth "x" out. DS did not have any further requests. If you do the procedure beforehand you are saving the Army a ton of money.

Does this mean that you did not have to pay for another panarama? The dentist just put an "x" on the original (meaning removed) and stated "full healing" and it was accepted? That would same me money on getting another panorex, I think after extraction we will max out on dental insurance.

Yes, accepted and sent only to WP Dental address listed above, and DoDMERB is not involved in dental. Can't imagine what is gained by doing another after just sending one in. Someone mentioned above that insurance doesn't pay for multiple panaramas.
